Having served our customers for many years now, we became acutely aware that staying in all day waiting for a delivery can be very difficult and frustrating. Having to do the school runs, pick up some groceries or go to an appointment can all mean that you may be out at the very time your delivery arrives. Having to reschedule the delivery can then add to the frustration.

At Kids’ Rooms we feel it’s important to make our customer’s experience of shopping with us as positive and stress-free as possible, and this is why we are offering you this service.

No, our standard delivery charge of £4.95 has been at this rate since Kids’ Rooms was first started 6 years ago. We have not increased our delivery charges to offer you this service, and nor do we intend to in the near future.

The standard delivery charge of £4.95 we charge you is paid by yourself to pay for our next working day delivery service whilst our 1 hour delivery slot service is a free service we offer over and above the standard delivery charge.

Please be aware of the following terms and conditions for this service:

1. The 1 hour delivery slot service we offer is not 100% guaranteed and can be subject to change in the event of extreme weather conditions, technical problems, traffic complications and road accidents. We regret that our delivery company will not phone you in the event of a delayed delivery.

2. Our 1 hour delivery slot service is applicable to all stocked products marked with a delivery leadtime of ‘Next Working Day’. We regret that this service is not available for products marked with longer leadtimes, and that the terms of communication on the day of delivery for these products will vary.
