We attempt to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, however, lead times very much depend on the range of products you choose and whether we can deliver from stock or direct from the manufacturer.

2. Returns - Damaged and Defective Goods

If upon receipt of delivery you find that your goods have been damaged in transit please notify us immediately by e-mailing sales@kidsrooms.co.uk replacement items will then be requested and sent to you. In the unlikely event that your items have a defect e.g. missing parts, please advise so we can arrange a dispatch of replacement parts.

3. Returns - 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Once you receive your order you have fourteen days to decide if you wish to return it. The 14 days start from the day after the day that you receive the goods. We will issue a refund equal to the value of the returned goods. Goods must be in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging. We unconditionally reserve the right not to refund if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition. We regret that we cannot accept items that are part or fully assembled so please ensure you are happy with the goods before you begin assembly.

4. Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before despatch.

This is an e-commerce site, for your convenience, you can buy any of our products online using a secure payment method in co-operation with Secpay.
