Kids Rooms was started in 2004 and our aim is to sell high-quality children’s furniture, toys and accessories, as well as offering personal, reliable customer service to our customers.

Kids Rooms is run by a husband and wife team and our friendly staff, and is based in Totton, on the edge of the New Forest in the South of England. At Kids Rooms we are genuinely passionate and excited about the products we sell, and have an ever-expanding range of items in our warehouse and on our website. We look for quality durable products that will stand the test of time - products that can be difficult to find on the high-street; furniture and toys that your children can treasure and pass on to their children.

We work with a large number of different suppliers, many of them specialist suppliers, who all produce very high quality, lasting products. The majority of our suppliers are based in the UK, and many of our products are British-made. We also work with Fair Trade suppliers and suppliers who use ecologically friendly resources, such as replenishable wood. We look for products that are made of quality materials, and that are well-made, because we want you to be really happy with the items you purchase.

At Kids Rooms, our office hours are 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. We are always pleased to help you with an enquiry, so if there is anything you would like to know about the products we sell, please do not hesitate to contact us.

2. Request a Catalogue

We unfortunately do not currently have a printed catalogue of all our products.

We do however have catalogues from a large number of our suppliers and we are more than happy to post them out to you. If you wish us to send you some brochures please email us at sales@kidsrooms.co.uk your postal address with some examples of the products you are interested in. We always aim to send out brochures within 48 hours of receipt of your email.

3. Use of Imagery

All imagery used on the Kids Rooms Ltd domain name, www.kidsrooms.co.uk, hold copyright restrictions for their use. The imagery in use is copyright to Kids Rooms Ltd, Kids Rooms Ltd suppliers and in certain instances Romsey Fotographix.

You may not reproduce, copy or alter the images for any use without the sole written consent from Kids Rooms Ltd. The only exception to this is if you run a website or network of websites and are an affiliate involved with our affiliate programme at Affiliate Future. In this instance you are granted permission to reproduce the images we have on our website for the sole means of selling our products in an affiliate capacity.

Please note that certain images used on our website involve child models and we have gained express permission by contract to display photographs including them in imagery on our website and in related marketing material. We therefore would pursue any copyright infringements to the full extent of the law.

4. Kids' Rooms Affiliate Programme

If you like our product range and wish to sell some of our products you could earn yourself some extra income. We have run a successful affiliate programme in partnership with Affiliate Future for over 5 years now. Some of our affiliates earn hundreds of pounds every month from commission on the sale of our products.

As a member of our affiliate programme we offer our affiliates a base rate of 5% commission on sales of any of our wide range of children's products with a 30 day cookie. When we say "with a 30 day cookie" this means if someone were to visit our website after clicking on a link on your own website within that 30 day window of time and place an order you will be accredited with the commission for the sale. We also offer a tiered commission structure for better performing affiliates as follows:

Tier 1 - 6% (15+ orders per month)
Tier 2 - 7% (25+ orders per month)
Tier 3 - 8% (35+ orders per month)

Signing up to our affiliate programme is easy and free, all you need to do is sign up at Affiliate Future.co.uk and register. 5. Product Guarantees

We sell a wide range of products from a variety of manufacturers, most of which provide guarantees for their products. The guarantees on our products are free and do not cost you anything extra. Depending on the product our guarantees can cover you for manufacturer defects in material and/or workmanship.

6. General Terms and Conditions

6.1 All our prices detailed by written, verbal or electronic means for quotation purposes are valid for 7 days starting from the date of receipt of the quote. We reserve the right to amend the prices detailed by written, verbal or electronic means in the event of unforeseen economic circumstances.

6.2 Whilst every care is taken to make sure that the information displayed on our website and in any of our brochures is accurate, we cannot accept liability for any mistake that may occur. In the event of there being an error with regards to the information given to you about your order our standard terms and conditions of sale apply to you.
