Availability & Leadtimes Explained
Availability
We have a wide range of products available for you to purchase and some of them have different availability and leadtimes. We understand that the terms we use on our website will make sense to us but may not to our customers, so we have a detailed explanation of our availability and leadtimes below.
We have three states of availabilty with all our products. They are as follows with explanations next to each of them:
| In Stock |
If an item is displayed as "In Stock" this means that it is a product we hold in stock ourselves in our warehouse in Southampton or it is held in one of our overflow suppliers' warehouses round the UK. It also means it is available for dispatch within the listed leadtime. |
| Awaiting Stock |
If an item is displayed as "Awaiting Stock" this means that one of our suppliers has dispatched new stock to us and it is enroute to our warehouse. It also means it is available for dispatch within the listed leadtime. |
| Out of Stock |
If an item is displayed as "Out of Stock" this means that we do not have an accurate ETA of new stock from one of our suppliers and we therefore cannot provide an accurate leadtime on the delivery of the product. |
Leadtimes
Where products have a delivery leadtime of "Next Working Day" we have a cut off time of 15:00 for orders to be placed by, as our couriers collect all orders between 15:00 and 15:30 each afternoon for "Next Working Day" delivery . So if, for example, you placed your order before 15:00 on a Monday your order would be dispatched to you on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. If your order was placed after 15:00 on a Monday then your order would be processed on Tuesday for delivery to you on Wednesday.
Our "Next Working Day" delivery service is applicable to Monday to Friday deliveries and not Saturday deliveries. So for example if you placed your order before 15:00 on a Friday your order would be dispatched to you on Friday for delivery on Monday. If your order was placed after 15:00 on a Friday then your order would be processed on Monday for delivery to you on Tuesday. If you do require a Saturday delivery we can arrange this at an additional charge; please contact our customer services about this service.
Where products have a leadtime other than "Next Working Day", e.g. 2-3 Working Weeks or 5-6 Working Weeks, we do not have a cut off time during the day. These products have greater leadtimes because the product itself is not suitable for freight with our overnight courier service and requires our specialised home delivery service to deliver the products to you. Some of these products are also personalised or made to order and therefore have longer delivery leadtimes than "Next Working Day".
Please note that our "Next Working Day" delivery services is not 100% guaranteed and can be subject to change in the event of extreme weather conditions, technical problems, traffic complications and road accidents.
Extended leadtimes for certain Non Mainland UK deliveries:
Unfortunately we are restricted with "Next Working Day" delivery service to certain delivery locations as our couriers are not able physically to deliver the products on a "Next Working Day" service. We do apologise for any inconvenience this causes and we are working with our couriers to try and remove these restrictions. If you are uncertain if your delivery location is affected please view the below list of locations where our "Next Working Day" delivery service is extended:
